Terms and Conditions – kkculb Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "kkculb" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at kkculb.net, including all games, services, payment features and related content.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on kkculb.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's account, whether deposited by the Player or credited as legitimate winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-deposit value awarded by kkculb subject to wagering conditions.
• "Game" refers to any slot, card game, crash game, fishing arcade, sports betting market or any other product available in the kkculb lobby.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions on kkculb.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion options available in every kkculb account.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kkculb, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration on the platform.

kkculb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of kkculb after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

3Eligibility

To register and use kkculb you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kkculb has a strict minimum age policy and zero tolerance for underage gaming.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You are not located in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is prohibited.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kkculb or any other gaming regulatory body.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed by kkculb for breach of these Terms.

kkculb may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension pending review. Age verification checks are carried out as standard on all new accounts before the first withdrawal is processed.

4Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kkculb. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You must keep your registration details up to date. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

Account registration on behalf of another person is not permitted. Each account must correspond to a real, identifiable individual who meets all eligibility criteria stated in Section 3. Corporate accounts are not available on kkculb.

kkculb reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason, and without liability to the applicant.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kkculb will never ask you to reveal your password via email, chat or telephone.

You must notify kkculb immediately at support@kkculb.net if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until we receive such notification, all activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorised by you.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available for all registered users under the Security section of your account settings. kkculb cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

kkculb may lock your account as a precautionary security measure if unusual activity is detected, including logins from unfamiliar devices or locations. In such cases, you will be notified and asked to verify your identity before access is restored.

6Deposits

All deposits at kkculb are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large individual deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. kkculb does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges independently.

Funds deposited at kkculb may only be used for gaming on the platform. Depositing funds for any purpose other than gameplay – including but not limited to currency exchange, money transfer or money laundering – is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

kkculb does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all registered players who have completed the identity verification process. The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to that account, as a standard anti-fraud measure.

Processing timelines by method are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Within minutes of request approval
• IBFT bank transfer: Same business day for requests received before 3 PM PKT; next business day for requests after 3 PM or on public holidays
• Visa / Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on issuing bank processing times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance before processing. kkculb reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before releasing any withdrawal. We do not hold withdrawal requests without cause and aim to process all verified withdrawals within the stated timelines. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met. See Section 8 for full bonus terms. Real-money balance from deposits and legitimate winnings is withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification completion.

8Bonuses and Promotions

kkculb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms prevail for the purposes of that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• kkculb reserves the right to decline, void or reclaim any bonus if it reasonably suspects that the player is abusing the promotional system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless kkculb explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

kkculb may withdraw, modify or extend any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions that negatively affect players will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.

9Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on kkculb operate using independently certified Random Number Generators. RNG certification documents are available on request from our support team. The integrity of game outcomes cannot be influenced by kkculb, by other players, or by any external party.

Each game within the kkculb lobby has its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or any other malfunction during a game round, kkculb's decision on the outcome of that round is final. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet will typically be refunded to the player's balance. kkculb does not compensate for wins that might have been achieved had the fault not occurred.

In-play sports betting odds are updated in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movement. kkculb reserves the right to void bets placed on events that were subject to data errors or where the odds displayed were clearly erroneous.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on kkculb and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance, as well as potential referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with games or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to kkculb immediately.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using kkculb for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, whether for their benefit or yours.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after kkculb has provided the corresponding service.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at kkculb staff or other players.

11Intellectual Property

All content on kkculb, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data and promotional materials, is the property of kkculb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any kkculb content without prior written authorisation.

The kkculb name, logo and associated branding are trademarks of kkculb. Use of kkculb trademarks without written permission is strictly prohibited.

12Privacy and Data

kkculb collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with kkculb you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, kkculb uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations and, where you have opted in, to communicate promotional offers. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Full details of data retention periods, your access rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.

13Responsible Gaming

kkculb is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial difficulty or personal harm.

The following tools are available free of charge to all registered players and can be activated at any time through account settings:

• Deposit limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits – Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session time reminders – Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality check notifications – Periodic pop-ups showing your session activity and net position.
• Self-exclusion – Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from kkculb. Exclusions are applied within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected duration.

14Limitation of Liability

kkculb provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkculb's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkculb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform. kkculb is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

15Amendments to These Terms

kkculb may amend these Terms at any time. For material changes – those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player – we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via an in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without notice.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any real-money balance prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of kkculb after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kkculb's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration process and applicable rules will be communicated to the player at the time a dispute is formally raised.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law.
