Account & Registration 7

Go to kkculb.net/register and complete the three-step registration form. You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number, an email address and a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once submitted, your account is active immediately and you can start browsing the lobby. A first deposit is needed before placing real-money bets.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a kkculb account. Age verification is part of the registration process and is also required before your first withdrawal. kkculb applies a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If we detect that an account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately.

No. kkculb enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected via mobile number, email address, device fingerprint and payment method matching. If you open a second account, both may be suspended and any balance held pending review. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact support – do not create a new account.

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in, go to Account Settings → Verification, and upload a clear photo of your CNIC (both sides). kkculb processes KYC documents within 24 hours on business days. Once verified, the green badge appears on your profile and withdrawals are unlocked. This is a one-time process.

For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email require identity verification. Contact support@kkculb.net with your account username, current registered details, the new details you want, and a copy of your CNIC. The team processes these requests within 48 hours.

On the login page, click Forgot password? above the password field. Enter your registered mobile number or email and kkculb will send a reset link. Use the link within 30 minutes to set a new password. If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email support@kkculb.net and the team will verify your identity and reset the account manually.

To permanently close your account, email support@kkculb.net with the subject line "Account Closure Request" and include your username and registered mobile number. Before closure, ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn. Permanent closures are processed within 5 business days. Note: if you are closing due to gaming concerns, consider a self-exclusion instead – it achieves the same result with additional safeguards.

Deposits & Payments 6

kkculb accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:
  • Easypaisa – instant processing
  • JazzCash – instant processing
  • NayaPay – instant processing
  • SadaPay – instant processing
  • IBFT (bank transfer) – processed within 2 hours on business days
  • Visa / Mastercard – Pakistani-issued debit or credit cards
All transactions are in PKR. No currency conversion fees apply.

The minimum single deposit at kkculb is Rs 500 regardless of the payment method used. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts. If you have set a deposit limit in your responsible gaming settings, that limit will apply instead.

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your kkculb balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2 hours during business hours (9 AM–6 PM PKT, Monday–Saturday). Visa/Mastercard card deposits typically take 2–5 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after these timeframes, contact support with the transaction reference number.

kkculb does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your gaming balance. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges – for example, some banks charge a small IBFT fee. kkculb has no control over third-party charges and cannot reimburse them.

First, wait the standard processing time for your method (see above). If it still has not arrived, email support@kkculb.net with: your kkculb username, the payment method used, the exact amount, the date and time of the transaction, and the reference or transaction ID from your wallet or bank app. Our payments team will trace the transaction and credit the balance if confirmed.

No. kkculb requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are flagged during KYC verification and may result in the funds being returned and the deposit being declined. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and applies to all payment methods.

Withdrawals 5

Log in to your account, go to Cashier → Withdraw, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount and confirm. Ensure your KYC verification is complete before your first withdrawal – without a verified identity, withdrawal requests cannot be processed.

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: within 5 minutes of approval
  • IBFT bank transfer: same business day for requests before 3 PM PKT; next business day for requests after 3 PM
  • Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your bank
Approvals typically happen within 30 minutes during operating hours. Requests submitted on public holidays may take an additional day.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Standard accounts have no fixed maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be processed in stages and may require additional verification. If your withdrawal request is above a certain threshold, our team will contact you before processing.

First check the status in Account → Transaction History. If the status says "Pending" beyond the normal timeframe, it may be awaiting KYC approval or additional review. Email support@kkculb.net with your withdrawal reference number and the team will investigate and update you within a few hours.

kkculb does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. The full amount requested is sent to your payment method. As with deposits, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own receiving fees – this is outside kkculb's control. Check your provider's fee schedule if you notice a small deduction on the receiving end.

Bonuses & Promotions 5

New players who register at kkculb and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus on their initial top-up. The bonus is credited automatically once the qualifying deposit clears. Full terms including the minimum deposit amount, wagering requirements and expiry period are displayed in the Promotions section of your account before you activate the offer.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Eligible game types and their contribution percentages are listed in each bonus's terms. Not all bets count equally – slots typically count 100% while some table game bets may count less.

Share your unique referral code (found in Account → Referrals) with a friend. When they register using your code and make a qualifying first deposit, a referral bonus is credited to your account. The referred player must enter the code during registration – it cannot be added after the account is created. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer.

First, verify that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount stated in the promotion terms. Some bonuses require manual activation via the Promotions page before or after depositing. If the deposit qualified and the bonus still has not appeared after 30 minutes, email support@kkculb.net with your username, the promotion name, your deposit amount and the transaction reference.

No. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. However, your real-money balance (non-bonus funds) is always available for withdrawal at any time regardless of bonus status. If you would prefer to waive the bonus and withdraw your real-money balance, contact support and they can forfeit the active bonus for you.

For slot and RNG games, kkculb's system records the state of each spin at the point of confirmation. If you disconnect after a bet is placed, the round resolves on the server and the result (win or loss) is recorded in your account. When you reconnect, the result will be visible in your game history and your balance will reflect the outcome. For live games, the hand or round may be resolved without your input – check game-specific rules for disconnection handling.

Bet limits vary by game. Most slot games start from as low as Rs 10 per spin. Teen Patti tables have different minimum stakes across standard, mid-stakes and high-roller tables. Crash games and fishing games similarly have configurable bet amounts with clear minimums and maximums displayed before each round. Check the individual game's info panel for exact limits.

Cricket Betting 5

Yes. kkculb covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches with pre-match and in-play betting markets. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, innings runs, method of dismissal and more. Markets open as soon as fixtures are confirmed and update live as each match progresses. Live scores are also available on the Live Cricket Score page.

Beyond PSL, kkculb's Betting Odds section covers Pakistan international Test, ODI and T20 matches, the ICC World Cup and Champions Trophy, the Indian Premier League (IPL), Big Bash League and other major T20 tournaments. The range of competitions varies by season – check the betting lobby for current available markets.

In-play betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds fluctuate in real time based on the match situation – a wicket, a boundary or a powerplay change will shift odds instantly. Bets placed in-play are subject to a short acceptance delay to account for data latency. Some markets suspend temporarily during key match events (a ball being bowled, a wicket review) and reopen once the outcome is confirmed.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (typically 5 overs per side in T20 formats), all bets are voided and stakes are returned in full to your balance. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is declared, bets are settled on the DLS outcome. The specific rules for each market are stated in the betting terms section of the game lobby.

kkculb has a dedicated Live Cricket Score page that displays real-time ball-by-ball scores for active matches covered in the betting lobby. The scorecard shows batting and bowling figures, fall of wickets, run rates, required run rates for chasing sides and over-by-over progression. Scores update every few seconds.

Responsible Gaming 5

Every kkculb account includes six built-in tools:

  • Session time limits – max duration per session
  • Reality check alerts – periodic reminders of time played and net position
  • Cool-off periods – 24-hour to 30-day temporary breaks
  • Self-exclusion – 6 months to permanent account suspension

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose a period (6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanent) and confirm. The exclusion takes effect within 24 hours. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit or bet, and all marketing is stopped. A time-limited exclusion cannot be shortened once activated. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.

No. Requests to increase a deposit limit take 24 hours to take effect – this mandatory cooling-off period is built in intentionally to prevent impulsive decisions. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. This asymmetry is a deliberate responsible gaming design choice and cannot be waived.

No. The moment a self-exclusion or cool-off period is activated, kkculb removes the player from all marketing lists immediately. You will not receive bonus offer SMS messages, promotional emails or any other marketing communications for the entire duration of the restriction. This is a firm policy, not just a preference setting.

Security & Privacy 4

kkculb uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages to protect data in transit. Financial data is handled under PCI-DSS compliant protocols. Personal data including CNIC documents is stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems. kkculb does not share personal data with third parties for marketing. 2FA adds a one-time SMS code to your login process. Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the code sent to your registered mobile number. Enable it in Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. It takes about two minutes to set up. Given that your kkculb account holds real PKR, enabling 2FA is strongly recommended.

No. kkculb will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, email or live chat. If you receive such a message, do not respond and do not click any links in it. Report it to support@kkculb.net immediately. Change your password if you have any concern that your account may have been compromised.

Yes. You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@kkculb.net with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Note that certain data may need to be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes (e.g. transaction records). The team will explain exactly what can be deleted and what must be retained, and will process your request within 30 days.
